Choose your route

A browser Playground and an integration serve different needs. Neither is a guarantee of account access.

Official

TypeSafe AI

For readers who want a browser-based first look.

Waitlist / sign-in required

The public site still offers a waitlist. Documentation also links to a sign-in-gated Playground; admission was not tested.

Open PlaygroundVisit TypeSafe

What you need

A TypeSafe login is required for the Playground. Account eligibility and waiting time are not yet verified.

Regional eligibility: Not yet verified

What happens next

  1. Open the official Playground and sign in with TypeSafe, not Jev Tracker.
  2. If access is granted, supply non-sensitive text and a structured question, then inspect the returned decision.
  3. If you cannot proceed, check the official waitlist. We cannot grant or accelerate access.

Integration

Vercel AI Gateway

For readers working with a developer or an existing AI integration.

Announced available

Vercel announces Jev support and lists the model. Team eligibility and successful calls were not tested.

Visit AI Gateway

What you need

Gateway credentials and an integration capable of evaluation calls. Confirm access and billing with Vercel.

Regional eligibility: Not yet verified

What happens next

  1. Open the Jev listing and check availability for your Vercel team.
  2. Follow Vercel’s account and API-key setup. Keep credentials on the provider or in your own application.
  3. Ask your developer to follow the evaluation integration guide. This is not a normal chat-completion model.

What the providers publish

Keep the unit, provider and source date attached to every price.

TypeSafe AI

$0.042 per 1M input tokens

Launch-post price. TypeSafe’s homepage also displays $42 per billion input tokens. Output tokens were advertised as free; confirm current billing before use.

Vercel AI Gateway

$0.04 per 1M input tokens

Displayed listing price, possibly rounded. Output charges, credits and account-specific billing are not yet verified. This is not a price-parity claim.

An input token is a unit of text processed, not one question or one visit. Published unit prices are not a total bill or a promise of a free trial. Confirm credits, charges and eligibility before sending a request.

Before you sign in

Can I chat with Jev like ChatGPT?

Jev returns structured decisions rather than conversational replies. A Playground can help you try that interaction; it does not turn Jev into a general chat assistant.

View source
Is Jev free to use?

A free output-token claim is not a free service: TypeSafe publishes an input-token price. We have not verified a universal free trial, credit allowance or free account tier.

View source
Where is the official Jev login?

TypeSafe’s documentation links to its console Playground, which redirects signed-out visitors to TypeSafe login. Enter credentials there, never on Jev Tracker.

View source
Do I need a Jev app or download?

The documented starting points are the web Playground and API. We have not verified an official consumer-app download or a locally runnable model release.

View source
Does “available” mean my account can use it?

No. It describes a provider announcement or listing, not an account-level test. Regional eligibility, access approval and payment requirements can still need confirmation.

Leave with the right expectations

  • Check the destination domain before signing in or paying.
  • Use non-sensitive test inputs until you understand the provider’s data policies.
  • Confirm your account’s access and billing before relying on a public listing.

How this guide is checked

Checks cover public documentation, visible prices and link destinations. We did not register, purchase credits or call Jev. After 72 hours, access and price checks are marked stale.
